USD/CHF Chart Analysis
USD/CHF Technical Analysis
The technical analysis of the USDCHF price chart on daily timeframe shows USDCHF,Daily is retreating after returning under the 200-period moving average MA(200) which is falling itself. RSI is in oversold zone. We believe the bearish momentum will continue after the price breaches below the lower bound of the Donchian channel at 0.8716. A level below this can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to sell. The stop loss can be placed above 0.8873. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved to the next fractal high indicator, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level without reaching the order, we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.
Fundamental Analysis of Forex - USD/CHF
Swiss investors’ sentiment improved slightly in November. Will the USDCHF price retreating continue?
Swiss investors’ sentiment improved slightly in November. The Credit Suisse Economic Expectations index rose to -29.6 points in November from -37.8 in October. Readings above 0.0 indicate optimism, below indicate pessimism. This diffusion index is based on responses of surveyed institutional investors and analysts who are being asked to rate the relative 6-month economic outlook for Switzerland. While the indicator still points to a downturn in the economy, the improvement in sentiment is bullish for Swiss franc and hence bearish for USDCHF currency pair.
